Fully automatic carbonization machine type PM 0-I for technical specifications deaeration and carbonization of liquids used for the beverage production - water, wine, soft drinks carbonization plants for every capacity from 2.000 to 40.000 l/h finished beverage with 2 vessels for 2 functions Deaeration: Deaeration of the beverage water is achieved by means of a high vacuum (-0,95-0,99bar) created by a SIEMENS vacuum pump ELMO. A final pressure of 50 to max. 40 mbar absolute pressure (pressure difference 950-960 mbar) is achieved. Due to the physical influence of vacuum- high reduction of partial pressure the ambient medium is exerting on the dissolved and/or free oxygen - the optimum deaeration effect is achieved. The oxygen content in the beverage water can, therefore, be reduced by 90 to 92% under normal conditions. Depending on the plant equipment (special equipment) the residual oxygen content is up to < 0,3 mg / l . Carbonization The carbonization pump 3 (Hilge) is used to feed the medium to be carbonated through the carbonator (jetting units) to the saturation tank. The carbonation pump 3 is triggered via probes in the saturation tank, also controlling the fill level in the tank. The saturation tank is pressure evacuated. All plants PREMIX of the company are completely made of high-quality steel and other corrosion-persistent materials.
