Fully automatic beverage mixing machine type IDM for deaeration, carbonization and mixing - our total new type of mixing plants for high capacities of 15.000 to 60.000 l/h finished beverage with 2 vessels for 3 functions and up to 8 components The PREMIX IDM plant is equipped with a standard carbonization device, i.e. a centrifugal pump is feeding and simultaneously measuring the amount of the required water. Several beverage components (maximum 8 components: water, sugar solution, blended syrup, sweetness, acid, essence etc.) are then mixed by a dosing pump controlled in accordance with the amount of water via a frequency inverter.
